Messaging System

Guests and hosts can send messages to one another within the Suppershare website. For instance, guests can contact hosts with questions about a meal prior to the event. Hosts may also contact guests with food preferences or additional event details.


Secure Transactions Via Mangopay

All financial transactions are facilitated through Mangopay, a reputable and secure system. All financial information, such as your credit card number, is securely stored and encrypted on Mangopay’s services, ensuring peace of mind for both guests and hosts.


Ratings and Reviews

By requesting ratings and reviews, both guests and hosts benefit from honest feedback of other Suppershare users. Not only does this provide useful information, but it also makes the community stronger.


Your Right to Approve Guests

We want hosts to feel safe and confident about the guests they invite into their private home. As a result, hosts have the right to approve guests prior to an event. This approval process involves viewing guest profiles to see food preferences, interests, and any reviews they've received from other hosts and guests within the Suppershare community.
